What We Do
The Crow Group invests primarily in commercial real estate via acquisition, rehab, development, and more. Our current high profile project is the development of City Centre, a 4 phase Class A Office and Retail complex on I-35 in Round Rock, Texas. City Centre will feature 100k+ square feet when complete; Phase 1 is already in market and available to tenants; Phase 2 is in permitting; Phases 3 and 4 are in concept stage.
