About The Crow Group

Founded in Austin, Texas in 2007, The Crow Group uses private equity to invest primarily in commercial real estate. The leadership team has over 80 years of experience ranging from startups, small businesses, investment & commercial banking, and blue chip technology. The Crow Group is currently developing over 100,000 square feet of Class A Office and Retail Space on I-35 in Round Rock, Texas, known as "City Centre." Phase 1 of City Centre at 559 S IH 35 is already complete; Phase 2 is in permitting stages; Phases 3 and 4 are in concept stages. 

The Crow Group's successes includes commercial and residential real estate deals; hold, flip, rehab, and develop. These successes helped The Crow Group more than quadruple its net asset value from 2014 to 2018, while stock price has doubled over the same time period.
