Ryan has over 15 years experience in startup and small business management including  Engineering  & Product Development  at Raman Systems,  a laser spectroscopy firm that was acquired in 2008; Finance & Business Development  at Wenzel Spine, a spinal implant startup; and most recently as a Product Development Director and Sales Specialist at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global financial services firm. Ryan founded The Crow Group in 2007 and has been the managing partner from day 1. Ryan also acts as the CEO for Texas Card House. Ryan holds a BSE from Lamar University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
